Founded on April 8, 1915, the Beta Zeta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa, Inc. (Tri Kappa) is part of Province I of the statewide Tri Kappa organization. With approximately 30 active members, the chapter is dedicated to promoting charity, culture, and education in Daviess County and surrounding communities. Each year, the Beta Zeta Chapter contributes to numerous local causes including the Daviess County United Way, Jubilee Christmas, Camp Illiana, Daviess Community Hospital Foundation, Carnegie Public Library, and the Daviess County Community Foundation. The chapter also provides college scholarships to local students and supports a variety of special projects, events, and initiatives. A highlight of the chapter’s fundraising efforts is the annual Daddy Daughter Dance, which helps fund scholarships and community giving programs.
